Smart Mall – Supervision of buildings, outdoor areas, interventions, visitor routes


Customer: Rocadest shopping malls


In partnership with JLC Consulting, supervision of the new 40,000 m2 retail complex, its annexes and outdoor areas (gardens, parking lots), using Building Management Services, cameras equipped with Artificial Intelligence and LoRaWAN sensors.


Numerous services have been implemented, including visitor counting, environmental management, temperature control, supervision of maintenance and cleaning services, consumables ordering, and incident and incivility detection.


A logbook also enables all events to be tracked, triggered and logged.

Energy supervision for buildings

As part of its efforts to optimize energy consumption management, one of France’s leading motorway operators has undertaken the implementation of an energy supervision software solution for its buildings. The main objective of this project is to obtain a clear and detailed view of energy consumption, as well as performance indicators to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Implementation of the Smart City demonstrator in an operational environment for monitoring energy, the environment, mobility and security. Interconnection and control of sensors for noise pollution, air quality, mobility, security cameras, lighting, etc.


Collection, decoding, aggregation and correlation of data flows, with display of indicators, interactive maps, real-time and historical graphs, camera feeds, etc.

Operator-packaged solutions: 400,000 devices managed in Serbia


Client : Telekom Serbia


Implementation in Serbia of a nationwide control infrastructure for 400,000 devices.


This solution, based on the Busit Application Enablement Platform and interacting with the Actility ThingPark platform, enables Telekom Serbia to build and distribute packaged tracking, monitoring and security applications for the city, building, transport and agriculture sectors.

Energy efficiency and production optimization


Client: major group – roads


Energy and production optimization at bituminous plants by correlating existing PLC frames with environmental and energy data collected by an average of thirty new sensors: natural gas, LPG and electric meters, on-valve unloading, temperature and humidity measurements, weather stations, etc. Pilot project followed by roll-out to 62 sites in Europe and Africa.

Final target: 300 industrial sites and quarries.


Advanced analysis of collected data, Web and smartphone control applications, production of energy performance indices, reports, Smart Data sent to business applications.


This solution is based on the Busit Application Enablement Platform and interacts with existing production PLCs, dataloggers and sensors.

Site, scientific and image-based supervision


Client: a major player in research, serving the State, the economy and citizens


The client has implemented an advanced supervision system based on Busit Application Enablement Platform (AEP). The aim is to collect and analyze information from sensors, cameras, stations and measuring instruments in order to efficiently monitor the status of installations, carry out scientific supervision and implement image-based supervision. This solution has enabled the customer to generate configurable alerts in the event of malfunction or anomaly detection, as well as reports to analyze data and assess performance.

Supervision of major public construction sites


Client: major group 


The client has undertaken major construction projects and wanted to implement an advanced supervision system to monitor and analyze construction sites and engineering structures in real time. The aim is to collect and analyze data from thousands of measurement points (10,000 to 90,000), providing precise, real-time information on the condition of construction sites and structures. This initiative has been deployed on the first sites of the Toulouse Metro.

Print production supervision project

The client, a gravure and offset printer, has 4 rotary presses in continuous operation. Consumption and production data are recorded manually. The company is committed to improving its energy efficiency and optimizing production in line with the regulatory requirements of EEC 134. To achieve these objectives, the customer decided to implement an energy supervision system based on the correlation of production information with environmental and energy data.

Energy efficiency for construction sites

Optimization of the energy performance of construction sites, based on the overall consumption of resources by the entire site (water, gas, electricity, fuel, etc.) and by the main equipment, using electrical measurements on power supply cabinets.
